The Roots of Cattail Aquatics
Cattail Aquatics emerged from a foundational expertise in fisheries biology and a commitment to the principles of ecological restoration. Our founder, equipped with extensive field and research experience, established the company to address critical challenges in aquatic ecosystem management.
Drawing on advanced competencies in electrofishing, species biometrics, aquatic flora and fauna identification, and ecological assessments, Cattail Aquatics applies rigorous scientific methodologies to enhance water quality and ecosystem health. Maxwell holds a Master of Science in Fisheries Biology. Since beginning his career as a biologist in 2006, he has specialized as a freshwater ecologist from 2012 onwards. Throughout his career, Maxwell has collaborated with numerous leading lake management companies, accumulating extensive experience along the way. Motivated by a deep commitment to environmental conservation, he founded Cattail Aquatics. His vision was to create a platform that not only effects local change but also extends its impact, raising awareness and initiating actions to protect our ecosystems.

Operations Manager
Cailyn is a seasoned operations management expert with a specialty in personal relations.
