When you opt in, Cattail Aquatics may send you SMS or MMS text messages related to your service, including appointment reminders, quotes, invoices, scheduling, service updates, and responses to your inquiries. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Consent and Opt-In
You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number to us, including through our website contact form, a request or booking form, or verbal or written consent given to us directly. Opt-Out

Quotes, proposals, and the performance of pond and lake management services are governed by the separate service agreement and Terms and Conditions provided to you at the time of your quote. Nothing in these Terms replaces or modifies the terms of that service agreement.

Your use of our website and communications is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in information are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
